In addition to the embroidery, pockets, and overall 70s look of this dress, one of the best features are its snap buttons. When wearing it, it reminds me of one of my favourite scenes from Seinfeld. At the beginning of the Festivus episode, Elaine and Jerry are at a party and Elaine comments how a guy with a denim vest keeps checking her out. The denim vest guy then walks over to Elaine, in which she tries to be nice by saying, “Nice buttons”. The response? “They’re snaps”. This just crack me up. Every. Single. Time. I think I even had my husband reenact this scene when I first bought this dress.
