Okay, I guess it’s time for me to wear a coat (or at least a jacket)! I tend to prefer summer dresses and rompers to layers and long sleeves, but alas, when the weather is cold, I must dress warm. I have been on the lookout for a military style jacket, but am always hesitant to buy coats online because they pretty much never fit me. Having a good seamstress is essential, and I think it’s always worth it to spend some extra money to have clothes fit your body perfectly. I just loved the style of this jacket and couldn’t pass it up. Yes, it did need some alterations, but now it feels like it was made just for me. Paired with a comfy swing dress and boots, I think that I’m (somewhat) ready to embrace the colder temperatures!
